Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee and will require full prepayment to book future appointments.

Bridal and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations, reductions in group size, or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
